My name is Dan.  My wife and I lived 20 miles outside Las Vegas for 14 years.  During that time we rescued two burros (donkeys). Bronx and Brooklyn.  They are the donkeys on the label.

We moved to Washington county New York about 90 miles north of Albany. (Near the Adirondack mountains and Lake George.)  A friend had wine making equipment, he had been given and could not use in the Las Vegas climate.  He gave the equipment to me when we moved.  

Now retired I had time for wine making.  The NY home had a basement for easy climate control.   We brought the donkey's with us.   My daughter drew the donkey images we use on the label.  We also have a highly energetic blue heeler (Australian cattle dog) Angus, who loves to "help" in the wine making process.

None of my wine is for sale. However, I give it to friends and people who have provided assistance in various ways.  You could win a free bottle by sending  me an email with the name of my dog.
